Service Terms and Conditions

WEATHER:
Our trips are weather dependent and times can vary. Get in contact with Acivity Provider 24 hours before your booking to inquire about the weather.
RESERVATIONS
Full payment is required upon making the reservation and prior to receiving confirmation.
If payment and proof thereof is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
All requests for amendments to a reservation are required in writing by fax or electronic mail at least 7 days prior to the first activity date. Amendments may be approved subject to availability in the sole discretion of Addo Cruises & Sand Sledding Management.
A minimum of 4 passengers are required for this service to take place. If less than 4 passengers are booked at the time of departure - then guests have the option to pay the minimum cost equivalent to 4 passengers.
CANCELLATIONS
A 100% cancellation fee will apply in the event of a no show by guest on the activity date.
In the event of an amendment not received 7 days prior to activity booked the guest will still be responsible for the full cost for the total number of passengers originally confirmed.
Management reserves the right to cancel any transfer or activity due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to, lack passengers, or weather conditions. In case of a weather cancellation, weather conditions are judged exclusively by Addo Cruises & Sand Sledding Management, guests must report for the service/activity unless notified by Addo Cruises & Sand Sledding Management. In the event of a cancellation by Addo Cruises & Sand Sledding Management, a full refund will be given on the amount paid ( or refunded to booking agent)
Cancellations by the Addo Cruises & Sand Sledding Management: A full refund payment will be made within 15 working days of the cancellation. A refund is subject to deduction of cash deposit fees, if a cash deposit has been made.
In the case of a lapsed provisional booking/ confirmed booking the client will forfeit all deposits made.
Cancellation fees:
0 - 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total cost of services reserved
8 - 30 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total cost of services reserved
31 - 41 days prior to arrival: 40% of the total cost of services reserved
All refunds (if granted) will incur a ZAR R 100.00 handling charge if cancelled for ANY reason whatsoever. Bank fees for credit card payments/bank transfers are strictly non-refundable.
In case the client changes his / her itinerary at their own request, the company shall try to accommodate him / her, but may charge up to the above mentioned cancellation fees. This is subject to a new quotation, which will be given by the company to the client in writing via e-mail or text message. If client requests a service to be added to the program or a program to be amended/deviated he/she does it on own risk and at extra costs.
INDEMNITY
All passengers are required to sign an indemnity form for all transfers and activities they are participating in prior to departure of the activity.
In case guest refuse to sign the indemnity form the guest will not be able to partake in the activity and will not receive any refund.
The indemnity form must signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for children under 18 years.
In case a guest younger than 18 years of age does not produce a signed indemnity by a parent or legal guardian before departure of the activity, the guest will not be able to partake in the activity and will not receive any refund.
Any unaccompanied child under 18 requires the indemnity to be signed by a parent/legal guardian prior to the activity.

CHILDREN
Children are classified as a passenger therefore on certain activities the full rate will apply to them.
GENERAL
Management reserves the right to amend/cancel/add terms & conditions without notice.
All terms & conditions are subject to South African Law & Jurisdiction
CONFIRMATION
Any reservation (s) can only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit/full payment. All confirmations are system generated.
